Are any Covid Vaccines not RNA modifiers?

We need to know everything we can about the Covid Injections, dubbed vaccines, but their inventor, who is not so easily accessible seems only occupied with heralding opinions than relevant facts

I saw an interview with Dr. Malone, a few months back, where he explained the difference between the mRNA of Pfizer and Moderna on one side and "the other covid vax's" on the other, stating that they are all RNA modifiers (if I understood correctly) but is Sputnik V included in this? Is there a talk or interview where Dr. Malone covers this science so well that I can learn this properly (and share)?

The paragraph above, I have posted on Malones’ Getter, but I would have sent him an email if he had a published method of how to get in touch with him. I would have placed it in a comment on is subst. but only paid subs can interact with him.

The question proposed, will remain here in perpetuity, or perhaps I’ll dig into Peer Reviewed material myself. Intelligent readers know what that means, if I alone come up with the sought answer.
